If you are looking for a way to be able to run some android games and apps on your Computer, then all you need to do is follow these steps:
1. Download Android SDK from http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html
2. Extraxt the .zip package using winRAR to any of your Drives.
3. Open the extracted folder.
4. Run SDK manager.
5. Click on "tools" and then on "manage AVDs".
6. Click on "New..."
7. Give your AVD a name and select Android 4.2.2 - API level 17 in "Target".
8. now your AVD is made and you can save it by clicking on OK. for more details on the other options, you can watch the video below.
9. This AVD will serve as our android.
10. click on "Start..."
